Text Message Terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Wellwood Residential. They are short because the programme is small: one person, one phone number, messages about one property at a time.

Who we are

Wellwood Residential is a sole proprietorship of Colin Quilala Wellwood, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Messages come from (317) 854-5680. Questions go to colin@wellwoodresidential.com.

What the messages are

We text licensed real estate agents about active listings they represent, and people who have asked us to text them about a particular property. A message is something like an offer summary, a proof-of-funds notice, a showing or closing time, or an answer to a question you asked us.

We do not send advertising blasts, newsletters, or promotions, and we do not text numbers taken from purchased lists.

How you came to receive them

Either you told us on a call that we could text you at that number about that property, or you texted us first. We keep a record of which it was, with the date and the property it concerns.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies and follows the conversation — usually fewer than five messages about any one property. Message and data rates may apply. What a text costs you is set by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Stopping them

Reply STOP. It takes effect immediately and permanently, and you do not owe us a reason. STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT and REVOKE all work, in any capitalisation. You can also just tell us by phone or email and we will honour it the same way.

Your number

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, and we do not share text-messaging consent with anyone. No number is passed to an affiliate, lead buyer, or marketing partner for any purpose. Our privacy policy says the same thing at more length.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
